WHAT DO I DO NOW?

STEP 1: Visit https://www.vwcanadasettlement.ca/en/ to see what you are eligible for.

STEP 2: Be aware that the buy back options and value estimator are available and can be found on the www.vwcanadasettlement.ca/en webpage.

MY PRE-PAID APPRECIATION CARD IS EXPIRING, WHAT CAN I DO?

Please be aware that your Pre-Paid Appreciation Cards have an expiry date. It can be found on the front of your card.

If you are unsure how you would like to spend your money, please feel free to bring your card in before the expiry date and we will exchange it for in-store credit.

I WANT TO KEEP MY TDI AND WAIT FOR THE APPROVED FIX. HOW WILL I BE CONTACTED?

That’s great! We understand that lots of TDI Owners have been waiting to do repairs/services on their TDI until the settlement information came available.

Once the approved fix becomes available, we will contact you as soon as possible to book your appointment. You will also be notified by Audi Canada.
